This letter requests a formal Scoping Opinion from the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) with respect to the scope and methodology of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) undertaken for an upgraded replacement school and residential development on approximately 3.8 hectares (ha) of land at the Phoenix Academy, Shepherds Bush.
