However, an EV charging point must be installed at the proposed dwelling within 12 months of the occupation of the development. The EV charging point shall comply with BS EN 62196 Mode 3 or 4 charging and BS EN 61851, as well as the Manual for Gloucestershire Streets. The installed EV charging point shall be retained and maintained in working order for the lifetime of the development. Should the EV charging point require replacement, the new charging point must meet or exceed the original specifications in terms of charging performance., Condition 7- propose the following amendment; The occupation of this property as a children's home shall only house a maximum of 2 children, and a maximum of 3 members of staff.
