Following the visit on 10 February 2025 by Nick Organ, Tech Cert (ArborA), TechArborA, the following works were agreed with the applicant to carry out maintainenance work to ensure that it does not become overgrown, as follows:A few things around the garden have now got a little overgrown and need some management.(1) Lane side starting at the main gate.? Laurel. Cut back to approximately 30cm inside the boundary wall all the way up.? Yew and Holly. Trim back to the edge of the road to approximately 3.5m above ground level.? Prunus stems. Remove all stems leaning out over the road and those touching the wall.(4) Large Elaeagnus on the left boundary by the terrace.? Reduce in size by approximately 30% in shape. (6) Large Laurel opposite the large old Sweet Chestnut.? Reduce in size by approximately 50%.
