Proposal

T1-Silver BirchThe tree has historically been managed by extensive pruning. The client feels the tree has known outgrown it's surroundings and unfortunately due to it's proximity to two properties pruning will not remedy this. Furthermore the tree has caused damage to the clients garden wall (as illustrated in images 905BAIBIR2 & 905BAIBIR3). Therefore the client wishes for the tree to be removed. It is worth noting that beneath the tree grows a semi-mature Japanese Maple that in the clients opinion presents a suitable replacement.
