T1 - Silk Tassel bush: FellReasons: This tree is growing close the wall of the property. It is not a big tree, and fairly insignificant in terms of the the amenity value of the area, and not visible from the road. Replanting of a similar species of tree is advised further from the wall of the property, so that it will have space to mature and form a natural habit.T2 - Variegated Holly: FellReasons: There is a fairly significant area of decay at the base of the tree, which has caused dieback in the crown. It does have amenity value, situated near the road, but is in decline. The decay is likely to continue to reduce the vigour of the tree, and cause eventual death. So it will be a better strategy to replant a variegated Holly somewhere near this spot, and possibly further out from the corner of the house to provide space to mature.
