TREE PRESERVATION ORDER 386 (Kingfisher Drive, Exeter) 2005Area G3Request for lifting the crown to 3 metres from ground level on the following trees Tree marked No. 1 (on sketch) Turkey Oak with a trunk diameter of approximately 75 cmsLocated approximately 15.24 metres from the rear boundary and 75 cms from the West boundary of the property and 20 metres from the property. Branches below head height.Trees marked No. 2 and 3 are small English Oaks both with trunk diameters of approximately 25 cmsLocated approximately 10,668 metres from the rear boundary and 7.925 metres and 3.048 metres respectively from the East boundary of the property and are 22 metres from the property. Both are approximately 24 years old and have branches below head height. Permission is sought to lift the crowns of these 3 trees as many of the branches have now sagged below head height and there is a risk of injury. The relevant trees are highlighted on the sketch of the Area G3, of the garden. Also attached in a sketch of the entire rear garden and surrounding area. I have tied stripes of cream material, for identification, around the 3 trees in this application.
