I am writing to formally request permission to undertake maintenance pruning on an apple tree (Malus domestica) located in the rear garden of my property at 95 Heavitree Road, Exeter, EX1 2ND. Removing small branches and deadwood to maintain the tree's health and shape, with cuts not exceeding 2 meters in height from ground level. The pruning will be minimal - removing only dead, diseased, or crossing branches to improve the tree's structure and fruit production
