Proposal

Messrs Fry have obtained a government grant to re-concrete part of the yard extending to approximately 200m2 at Lynch farm buildings, Kingston. The grant and works have been approved by a Catchment Sensitive Farming Officer and the Rural Payments Agency (RPA). The RPA need confirmation that the works that have been carried out do not need full planning permission. We have attached photographic evidence of the before and after for your review. The area in question previously had broken concrete and the various parties approved the grant to re-concrete as this would have environmental benefits in reducing pollution from the cattle.
