T1- Large mature sycamore growing close to south west corner of dwelling. Crown reduction of up to 1.5 m eastern side of crown primarily working on lateral material to alleviate some overhang over the dwelling and reduce failure potential of branches (no specific reduction in height). Some minor pruning may be required towards the north and south of the lower crown to balance the tree. T2: Mature ash tree to the north west of the dwelling, tree has a large cavity at the base and a stem/crown bias to the north. Tree appears to be suffering from early ash dieback and has a sparse crown. Request for removal. T3: Mature multi-stemmed ash along raised verge north side of Broken Way Road, tree extends out over roadway and into neighbouring garden to the south. Request to crown lift tree to approximately 5 m (statutory clearance) over roadway and neighbouring garden. Pruning cuts of no more than 10cm to be made. G1: 4x broadleaf trees along the entrance path towards the dwelling south of the dwelling. 2x birch, 1x poplar, 1x elderberry.
