Proposal

The tree is a very large conifer. It is located in my nextdoor neighbour's back garden adjacent to the fence that divides our properties. It spans the entire width of our boundary fence. I wish to prune the conifer to the extent that it overhangs my property. I will instruct the tree surgeon not to take it beyond the boundary. I have provided a photograph taken some time ago. The conifer now protrudes significantly further over my back garden than it appears from this photo
