Within the southern portion of the Site, the Proposed Development will include the construction of a new multi-level Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (Sui Generis) building and community facilities (Use Class F2) ranging from approximately 2 to 21 storeys in height (including ground level and excluding rooftop plant), with approximately 787 rooms, associated amenity and ancillary space (LBTH ref: PA/25/01647).
