Medium sized Ash tree with extensive Ash dieback and large open cavities with the potential to fail onto a public walkway, remove to ground level. Tree has been sprayed in blue by previous inspectors and appears to have been marked for removal. Two medium sized Oak trees, one medium small Ash tree and a Willow tree which are visibly in contact with the rear block elevation and roof covering. Due to the proximity of the trees to the properties allow to remove these trees to ground level.
