Repair or replace broken stone at the bottom of the wall by the entrance, re-pointing some of the outside of back north wall of the meeting room in lime mortar and some of the brick slope at ground level, re-pointing the old wall in the centre of the garden with lime mortar. Replace boiler room and kitchen doors with fire doors, cover gap above boiler room door. Re-point both sides of crack in boundary wall of garden by west side corner including heli bars if necessary. Repair re-pointing work if necessary if any mortar is disloged during installation of 9 new windows. Re-point where necessary the outside of the front door surround join with the masonry
