Thin to remove 60% of reaction re-growth from pollard points retaining most dominant regrowth. Reduce regrowth by 1.3m. Remove large section branch to elbow (4m length on the western side (see attached photo). 1 x Evergreen Magnolia (M. grandiflora) (T8) - Reduce lateral branch lengths to provide 1m clearance from neighbours' buildings.
