Tip prune back from building approx. 0.3m - 0.5m. Group of Mature Magnolia Grandiflora (G1) - Reduce height of the tree/hedge line by up to 1.2m. Reduce lateral and sub lateral branches overhanging the rear boundary back to as near to the boundary as practicable by up to 1.2m. Reduce overlong lateral and sub lateral growth overhanging the lawn back into the main hedge structure up to 0.5m. 1 x Bay (T8) - Reduce height back to previous points of reduction, approx. 1.2m of regrowth. Reduce lateral and sub lateral growth to help reshape up to 1m. 1 x Bay (T9) - Trim back to tidy and control encroachment, reducing back over neighbouring property to clear, up to 0.5m reduction. 1 x Cherry (T10) - Thin crown density by 15%, concentrating on the area of the crown overhanging the Mulberry tree beneath. Reduce lateral and sub lateral branches overhanging Mulberry and growing towards the bay tree adjacent by approx. 1.2m. Group of Photinia (G2) - Tip prune by approx. 30cm to tidy.
