Proposal

FRONT GARDEN: 1 x Sweet Chestnut (T1) - Crown reduction by up to 2.5m to provide a safe and structurally robust framework. REAR GARDEN: 1 x Horse Chestnut (T2) - Reduce canopy by up to 2 metres to reduce weight and windsail in outer canopy and minimise stress at unions. Establish framework to manage the tree with these dimensions on 3 - 5 year cycle with regular aerial inspection. Maintain natural and consistent canopy outline by pruning to significant growth points. Install Cobra bracing at approx. 10m to further mitigate any risk of stem failure. 1 x Sycamore (T3) - Reduce crown of this stem by up to 3m to minimise increasing girth around the base. Rebalance remaining crown by up to 2m where necessary. All pruning cuts will be made strictly within British Standards of Arboriculture (BS3998) to help maintain the long-term health of the trees.
