Proposal
The tree is a large sycamore growing in the garden of 38 Mingle Lane, very close to the boundary at the bottom of my garden (14 St Andrews Close). A minor offshoot of the tree is growing over the boundary and over my garden shed, in stormy weather we often have branches that come down. I would like to cut off the tiny offshoots of the tree, which will not influence the overall tree (see photos) or the aesthetic at all.
