Proposal
T1. Mature Yew in center of lawn in back garden - This tree is in good health but is becoming to big for its current location. It hasnt been trimmed in 6 years. Request a 0.5m Sympathetic Crown Reduction to previous pruning / growth points where necessary, to control, size and reduce shading.T2. Leaning Whitebeam in front garden near phone box - This tree is in major decline and 50% is now dead. It also exabits a heavy lean and has low amenity value. Removal to near ground level.T3. Mature Yew round side of house on boundary - Again this tree is in good health, but is now in very close proximity to both houses. The neighbors have complained and the owner is in agreement. It is also causing excessive shading. Request to reduce in height by approx. 1.5m. Trim sides by approx. 0.5m to control size and re-establish natural shape back to previous pruning points. Focus on providing approx. 1.5ft clearance from neighbors house where possible.T4. Mature Sycamore over entrance to Garden Fields Entrance - This tree is in good health but hangs low over the entrance to private road. It is currently impeding access for prefab roof delivery and also interferes with delivery lorrys. - Request a gentle Crown lift to approx. 5m, to improve access for deliverys.
