Proposal
T1 and T2: remove stem highlighted in picture from small ash trees as they have lean over glass balustrade and potential to fail. The two ash trees are both multi-stemmed and this application is for one stem on each tree to be removed by a professional. The reason is that these stems are:overshading of two recently planted trees (a rowan and a whitebean, which were themselves planted as a requirement from a previous TTPO consent)danger of falling, both stems are at an angle to the vertical and are therefore vulnerable to falling in a stormproximity to a patio / balustrade of the house, in case of a fall there would be considerable damage to property. The base of the trees are 4.0 m and 5.5 m from the house.I propose to remove each of the stems at the base, leaving the other stems unaffected. Given the remaining stems of the tree would be unaffected, and the reason for removing is partially to encourage growth of two native trees themselves planted as a requirement of a previous TTPO, I do not propose to plant additional trees.
