T1 Cedar in rear middle garden - Reduce height by up to 2m from 20m leaving the crown height no less than 18m. Reduce north-east crown spread by up to 1m from 9m leaving a residual north-east crown spread of no less than 8m. Reduce south-east crown by careful and selective 'drop crotch' pruning techniques with the aim of retaining the overall crown dimensions but pruning in (by up to approx. 2m) longer, heavier branch tips to lighten outer tips of crown. Remove all dead wood over 25mm. T2 Copper beech on rear right boundary (neighbours) - Reduce clients side by no more than 2m. T3 Leyland Cypress on rear right boundary - Reduce back to boundary. T5 Yew on rear left boundary - Reduce back to boundary. T6 Ash on rear left boundary - Reduce back to boundary up to a height of 6m. T7 Red robin on rear left boundary - Reduce height and average radial spread of tree by approximately 2m and 2m respectively, taking care to prune to live secondary growth points. T8 Ash on rear left boundary - Reduce away from Cedar to give clearance of up to 0.5m. V1 Vegetation on rear boundary - Cut all vegetation to 3m from rear boundary. T4 Sycamore on rear boundary - Reduce height and average radial spread of tree by approximately 3m and 2m respectively, taking care to prune to live secondary growth points. SUBJECT TO TPO BB 3 1958
