Proposal
Internal refurbishment of the existing veterinary practice (lower ground and ground floor levels). Works include rehanging the historic reception door, the demolition of non-historic internal partition walls and doors as indicated, and the removal of the secondary window between the existing office and consultation room. New partition walls and doors will be installed to create two new consultation rooms according to the reconfigured floor plans. This also includes removal of asbestos and the installation or upgrading of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment / systems where required. The ground-floor ornate ceiling plasterwork will be unaffected. There is currently an existing suspended ceiling in place, and the new proposed ceiling will be installed using the existing fixings to suit the new layout.
