Proposal
2 Trees - Fell. THERE ARE 2 TREES WHICH HAVE COLLAPSED AND READY TO FALL ONTO THE ROAD ON EMM LANE. THE COUNCIL HAVE BEEN AROUND AND ASKED ME THE CUT THE BRANCHES THAT HIT BUSES AND TRUCKS THAT GO DOWN EMM LANE. THEY CAN CAUSE HARM AND INJURY IF THEY FALL OVER ONTO THE ROAD. THE TREE SURGEON SAID IT NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP. I HAVE ENCLOSED PHOTOS OF THE 2 TREES. YOU CAN VISIT ONSITE TO GET CLARIFICATION OF THE PROPOSED WORK. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP DUE TO THE DANGEROUS CONDITION OF THE TREES. THE TREE SURGEON SAID THE TREES WERE WILLOWS. I DO NOT HAVE A REPORT. HE WONT PROVIDE ME WITH ONE. PLEASE DONT DELAY THE APPLICATION AS THEY WILL FALL ONTO THE ROAD AND CAUSE DAMAGE. PLEASE SEND SOMEONE AROUND TO ASSESS IT SO WE CAN CARRY OUT THE FELLING ASAP. I DONT THINK THE TREES HAVE TPOS ON THEM. THEY ARE SMALL. THE TREE SURGEON SAID THEY DONT HAVE TPOS.
