Proposal

T1 Sycamore - Tree is to be monilithed at 4m allowing for bank retainment and habitat. Tree to be replaced with a heavy standard Oak.During storm Lillian a large limb has failed from the tree landing on the property and causing significant damage. The trees upper canopy is showing signs of dieback with poor leaf coverage and vigor at the highest point. Through out the tree there is multiple snapped / failed points which has now left a visually poor tree. Due to how visually poor the tree now looks due to the storm damage and the die back the tree has a very limited amount of amenity value and lifespan left. The tree is now exposed to new wind directions due to the adjacent trees failing in the storm. increasing the likelihood of more failures it high winds.
