Proposal
T1 - Copper Beech Tree - Fell In the rear garden of the Links Care Home. The tree is located on the Southern boundary of the site within a row of Beech trees. Running along the boundary are a row of industrial units with asbestos roofs. The stem of T1 is now in direct contact with the wall, roof, and guttering of the neighboring industrial units. This contact is causing physical damage, including potential structural stress to the wall and roof. The stem is also disrupting the roof and guttering, leading to water ingress into the units. As T1 continues to grow the pressure on the wall will only increase. The current damage is likely to worsen over time, leading to more extensive and costly repairs. Propsal to fell T1 and replace with two Copper Beech situated futher away from units.
