Proposal

T1 – Sycamore - Prune back to provide a 2m clearance from the neighbouring building and garage. Remove deadwood from the canopy. Sever ivy to prevent further overgrowth. T2 – Sycamore - Remove deadwood from the canopy. Sever ivy at the base to prevent further spread. Thin the canopy by 15% to allow better light penetration and air circulation. T3 – Sycamore - Fell tree to ground level due to structural instability. The tree has four large bifurcated unions at the base, making it highly prone to failure. Remove large crossing limbs in the upper canopy. Replant a replacement Sycamore halfway down the bank to maintain tree cover. T4 – Multi-Stemmed Sycamore - Remove the largest stem growing over the garden of No.2. Retain the rest of the tree but deadwood and sever ivy. Replant a Sycamore 3m away from the boundary fence to maintain tree cover. T5 – Self-Seeded Sycamore (not protected by the TPO) - Fell to ground level. T6 – Sycamore (Behind T5) (not protected by the TPO) - Remove deadwood from the canopy. Sever ivy at the base. T7 – Sycamore (not protected by the TPO) - Fell tree to ground level as it conflicts with the rear garden. Replant a Sycamore 2m down the bank, replacing the tree in a better location.
