Proposal
T1 - Pine tree as you enter the rear garden in the middle of this area to crown lift the tree by removing the lowest branch. This will help lift the tree to allow more light to pass under already congested area of trees. To also reduce to two heavy later tops by up to 2m. This will be removing selective overextended branches to reduce the overall weight. As this has a heavy split in the stem with two heavy lateral leaders, this is more prone to failing with weight and poor weather. T3 - neighbouring Pine tree to have the lower overhanging branches reduced by up to 2m back to appropriate growth points. Cuts no bigger than 40mm. This will help reduce the overhang and mess into the garden as well as maintain their height and shape for their location. This will still leave plenty of healthy growth points and leave the tree looking natural.
