It's in the wrong place to be a mature stand alone specimen, too big to be close to the property. Crown reduce by 4m to match in with same height as remaining hedge line. T2: Sycamore - Remove the first 3 lowest small diameter primary branches and prune back the lateral spread by 1m to reduce the spread over the back garden of the property.
