Proposal
T1 large oak located next to the house along York road boundary to have the lowest branch overhanging the property removed. This is a low hanging thin lateral branch which is likely to fail in high wink causing damage to the property as well as possible damage to the tree. This is a small diameter branch. T2 oak tree along Coventry crescent boundary next to the lamp post to be crown lift to 5.2m all round. This will involve removing the low primary branch which has previously failed and then pruning small diameter tertiary and secondary branches to achieve the height. Doing this will allow more light to pass under the tree.
