Proposal
T1 - Sycamore - Located outside of 48 Cromer Road - Crown raise to 4m from ground level by removal of secondary and tertiary branches only. For information only - Remove all dead ivy from crown and main stem. Remove deadwood greater than 50mm in diameter or 1m in length. These works are to increase light levels to garden and ensure appropriate clearance from fences and footpath as part of routine maintenance of a tree in an urban location. G2 - English Oak - Located outside of 50 Cromer Road - Reduce spread to north west, north and east over the house by up to 2.5m. Crown lift over the garden by removing the lower stub cut branches (by no more than 3m from ground level). For information only - remove all deadwood greater than 50mm in diameter or 1m in length. These works are to reduce the lever arm effect on overextended branches, thus reducing likelihood of future branch failure.
