They are overextending thin lateral branches which are more prone to failing in high wind, due to them being over the drive I would recommend removal back to the main stem as their a very few growth points. T2- pine tree closest to the exit within the group of 3 to have low level crossing branch overhanging the grass and parking area removed as this will weaken over time and fail.
