Proposal

Leaning Mimosa tree (T1) - Remove lowest branch back to source. Prune upper branches above garage forecourt area back by up to 2.5m to clear car park spaces. The tree is continually dropping sap and debris onto any car which is parked beneath it, damaging paintwork. The tree is also not well balanced, the proposed pruning would alleviate the issue and would not harm the public amenity.
