Proposal

T1-Beech: Undertake a lateral branch reduction of no more than 1.25m from the tips inwards on the lowest primary branch growing in a NW direction. Raise the crown over No.99 only to 4m from ground level via the removal of tertiary and secondry branches only. The above works are to manage the low extended lateral branch growing towards No.99 by removing branch mass which will not cause detriment to the tree either structurally or physiologically. Raising the crown to 4m will allow for safe vehicular access. No amenity value will be lost by carrying out this work due to it being low level and not visible from the highway.
