Proposal
T1 - Scots pine - Fell to ground level and replace with another scots pine - this tree has recently suffered lots of storm damage in the upper canopy. due to this the canopy has become very exposed and potentially likely to fail again. the stem also has several old wounds within it that haven't sealed well and look decayed. the felling would remove any risks of further branch failure. the new tree should be planted close tot he current tree and could be a minimum of 3 meters tall to help build the street scene quicker.
