T1 Sweet Chestnut Fell to ground level and replace. The tree is growing extremely close to the existing dwelling which was clearly there before the tree was there. The tree should be felled to avoid future damge. The tree has low amenity value and and cannot be seen from the road. T2 Fell 4x Leyland cypress to ground level. The trees were planted as a hedge and have not been maintained and have outgrown their space. T3 Lawson cypress Reduce the twin stem western red cedar by 3 meters to previous points. The tree has been historically topped and is beginning to outgrow its space and suppress trees and shrubs beneath. T4 Cherry blossom Reduce the tree which has begun outgrow its space, planted as a small tree which is beginning to grow beyond management in a small garden and up against a neighbouring fence in close proximity to a neighbours outbuilding. Reduce by 2 meters to suitable growth points and crown lift to 2.5 meters all round.
