T1- Beech Tree - Reduce lower branches to give 2m clearance from property. Work will not effect trees health. We also have squirrels that are able to jump from the overhanging branches (see photos RJL-1-23 to RJL-4-23) onto the roof of the house, I assume to get to nuts trapped in the gutters. From there they can jump onto the shed roof as yet they have not been able to jump directly back into the tree. Concerns and worries: The canopy of the Beech tree has a fir tree, not on the property, leaning at an angle and growing into the upper canopy of the Beech tree (see photos RJL-5-23 to RJL-7-23) this causes me some concerns and worries that during very strong winds the pine tree could contribute to the Beech tree coming down and being so close to the house, could cause significant damage to the property. If permission were to be given to fell the tree to ground level a suitable specimen near boundary would be planted. It should be said that in the thirty years my wife and I have lived in this property many more trees have sprung up on the piece of land to the west of our property and we do not object to trees, they help reduce carbon emissions and provide shade in the hot summers we seem to have more often these days, but we do fear with so many trees and with the age of some of them that it is only a matter of time before one comes down on our house. This may sound a little like paranoia but nothing could be farther from the truth as we have had 2 trees a Horse chesnut (18th Jan 2009, photo RJL-11-23) and a silver birch (8th Feb 2016, photo RJL-12-23) come down in our garden, a fir tree large branch (28th Oct 2013, photo RJL-13-23) also in our garden and another tree at No. 1 Woolven Close. T3-Sycamore Tree - Fell to ground level - The large Sycamore tree is according to a report 829/JC/IMP/07/20 produced by Mark Hinsley Arboricultural Consultants Ltd 3 years ago - "Part suppressed with an asymmetrical canopy, bifurcated at 1.5m with poor union. No long term future." Replant with suitable specimen near boundary. The tree does over shadow the front of the house (see photos RJL-8-23 to RJL-10-23). For
