T1-Thuja Plicata:The tree is showing clear signs of physiological dysfunction throughout the entire crown when compared against a healthy specimen of the same species. There is obvious dieback within the crown with limited expected longevity. Although no evidence is attached to support my opinion it is clear that the area in question has an issue with underlying water and historically trees have fallen causing excessive amounts of damage. Fell as close to ground level as practically possible.
