Proposal
T1 Oak - Fell First oak tree as you enter the rear garden to be dismantled down to ground level. This tree has a large 6ft wound at the base of the tree. The wound is on the opposite side of the lean creating a much higher risk of the tree failing. The tree is located in close proximity to a public path putting the owners at a risk of causing damage or harm if the tree does fail. The wound is getting progressively worse each yeah with clear signs of water and rot behind the bark. The wood within the wound is very spongy and able to push a probe in roughly 6-7 inches which shows a significant amount of the structural wood is compromised. This will continue to get worse over time. Owners are happy to replant.
