T1-Lawson Cypress - Fell The tree is a non native, poor specimen and poorly located tree with limited longevity within the relatively small domestic front garden. The tree is, although mature in age offering limited amentiy value to the area given its species. Although a healthy tree it is a large tree located in close proxiity to the property which is going to cause continuous issues for the both properties with excessvie shading with associated attached proplems. Damp being one of them considering the tree is stranding directly between the sun and both properties for a considerable portion of the day when looking at the property from a aerial view. Section fell to ground level. Re plant with 1x Fagus sylvatica nursery grown 1.5-2m container stock. within 5m of origional tree.
