Proposal
T1 Silver Birch Fell to ground level poor suppressed specimen. Replace within the same property boundaries. The tree canot be see from the road so provides no amenity value. T2 Scots Pine (Growing in 14 inverclyde) Crown lift to create a 4.5m separation form ground level by removing the 2 lowest secondary's and pruning low pendulous tersary branches to create the clearance. Pruning will reduce the heavily weighted primary limb from the dog legged formed tree which hangs over the decking area of 12. More light and increased view will also be gained from the work. T3 Maritime pine ( Located in 14 inverclyde) Remove lowest dead branch and lowest live secondary branch. Pruning will create a clearance from the building of 14 to the tree and increase the viewing benefits to the harbour from no 12.
