Proposal

G1- 3x conifers along the front boundary to be removed. 2 of these trees are in close proximity to neighbouring broadleaf trees and will begin to force their way through causing damage to both trees. Removing these trees will allow more light into the garden and allow room and light m for a red robing hedge to be planted. T1 - coppiced poplar along front boundary closest to the drive to have stem overhanging the road removed. As this tree sits on a listed wall of a house of local Importance this stem will interfere with the reconstruction of the wall. This tree has already caused damage to the wall due to the root system which the owners want and need to repair. G2 - all trees along the front boundary to be crown lifted to statutory height over the pavement and over the road. T2 - arbutus which is in heavy decline at the front right boundary which overhangs the road to be cut down to ground level due to being a high risk to the public. G3 - 2x small self seeded silver birch trees dismantled down to ground level. T3 - thuja which is along the right boarder of the drive way to be crown lifted to 5m all round to allow more light to pass under the tree and to lift the canopy over the drive way. T4 - chestnut tree along the right boundary next to the property to be crown lifted to 4.5m all round and reduce the lower overextended branches by up to 1.5m back to the natural thicker canopy like. This will tidy up the lower canopy as well as reduce the chances of limb failure due to weight.
