TPO Work - T1 - Yew - Prune branches to raise the crown to 3m over footpath. Prune back over extended branches by up to 1m to strong growing points. Prune branches growing over neighbouring property by up to 1m cutting back to strong growing points. TPO Work - T4 - Grey Poplar - Fell to ground level - There is a raised risk of breakage of the low primary branch. The tree is of a short-lived species. The crown is unbalanced and unattractive feature leaning towards the new house. TPO Work - T9 - Sycamore - Remove lowest 3 primary branches and subdominant stem back to graft point and prune remaining secondary branches to give a clearance of 4m above ground level and ensure a 2m clearance from surrounding structures. TPO Work - T12 - Holm oak - Prune back approx 3m northern fork of first primary branch on north side. Prune back second primary branch on north side by 2m to edge of drive and by removal of eastern fork. Prune up vertical sub branch to give 4m clearance above ground level. TPO Work - T14 - Lime - Prune branches to raise crown to 5.2m over road - To prevent obstruction over road. TPO Work - T15 - Lime - Remove three suckers completely. Prune Branches to raise the crown to 5.2m over road. Prune secondary branches around overhead cables to give clearance of radius 0.5m. Conservation Area Notification - T7 - Leyland cypress - Fell to ground level - The tree is likely to further damage the wall and could become unstable. It was an important element within the recently removed hedge but is not an attractive or valued feature. Felling now will reduce the risk of it becoming unstable and damaging new planting in the front garden. Conservation Area Notification - T13 - Copper beech - Prune branches to raise the crown to 3m over the footpath (up to bifurcation point) and to 5.2m over road. See Treecall Report TP/37522/SC
