Proposal
T1 Oak tree in rear garden to have the stem which overhangs number 63s to be reduced by up to 3m all. This tree heavily overhangs the garden and house. Due to the top of the tree snapping out in previous storms it's now left the remaining tree more exposed and more likely to fail in high wind. Reducing this stem will reduce the over all weight of the stem as well as the sail, which will heavily reduce the chance the stem/branches failing and caused damaged or injury. The stem which overhangs the no 63 had a very tight union at the base which also isn't ideal so the reduction would also help relive the stress on this union.
