Proposal
T1 Large Macrocarpa tree to be crown raised up to 4.5m all round as it sits over the neighbours drive way, removing only secondary and tertiary branches. To also reduce the overextended branches growing over 365 drive way back to the natural canopy line. This would involve reducing these branches back no more than 1.5m and mainly working on the lower half of the canopy. This is the south facing side meaning the more dominate side of the tree so this will also help to rebalance the tree.
