Proposal
Non-material amendment following approval of APP/19/00027/F for proposed changes to include reposition the vehicle access between Block A and Block B, As previously, a ramped entrance arrangement will remain with a crest at 3.6m AOD to provide flood defences, To facilitate the new ramp, an overhanging element for Block A would be removed from the proposed plans and the approved basement layout would be altered, Providing dedicated Network Rail parking, which includes a set of gates to allow access to railway land to the south of the site. As shown by the plans, these will be flood-gates at a minimum height of 3.6m AOD, Extend the basement level in lieu of the former access ramp, Relocate three underground bin shoots in front of Block C.
