Variation of condition 12 of planning permission APP/18/01198/F to change condition wording from 'Prior to the first occupation of the buildings hereby approved a scheme of works to include the creation of a footway crossing access at the Wills Road/Cardigan Road junction, to improve highway/ pedestrian safety in the immediate vicinity of the proposed units, shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter fully implemented in accordance with an agreed programme. Reason – In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policies DM7 and DM8 of the Site Specific and Development Management DPD and Policies PCS15 and PCS26 of the Poole Core Strategy Adopted 2009' to 'Within 2 calendar months from the date of this permission, the approved footway crossing access at the Wills Road/Cardigan Road junction as shown on the approved plan, shall be implemented and completed, at the developer's expense, in accordance with all necessary licences/ permissions under the Highways Act and in compliance with standards adopted by the Local Highway Authority. All works shall be completed prior to first occupation of the development. Reason – In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policy PP35 of the Poole Local Plan (adopted 2018)'
