Proposal

T1- Lime - The tree has historically been reduced and as such has formed reactive growth throughout the entire crown. Undertake a full crown reduction of no more than 1.25m from the tips inwards. Ensuring that all cuts are brought back to viable growth points and that no pruning wounds exceed 50mm in diameter. The above work will manage the trees size and wind loading effect on the branch unions as a result of the historic work. T2- Beech - branch reduction on all lateral growth growing in a NW direction by no more than 1.5m from the tips inwards. This work will reduce the overhang of the property and bring all branches outside of the property line in case of catastrophic failure. Undertake a full crown thin of no more than 10%. As per British standards, ensuring that all work is done on the outer branches and that the overall shape of the tree is not affected. This work will not affect the amenity value of the tree nor will it have a negative effect on the tree physiologically.
