Reduce the over-extended limbs (outside the natural canopy) on all sides by up to 4M to appropriate size growth points. T3 (part of W1 on TPO) Oak. On the lower limb - reduce two over-extended large secondary branches on the SE side by up to 4M on the lower branch beyond the new break points. T4 (part of W1 on TPO) Oak. Remove all live limbs reducing them to growth points or stumps 2M higher than the visible section of the cavity, as indicated in the photos in Appendix A.
