Slight hollow sound when tapped to that area, with sounding hammer. Twin stemmed at ground level.Deadwood throughout canopy. Recommendations: Crown reduce by 4m all round. Height to be reduced to 18m and crown spread reduced to 11m. (Tree works to BS3998 2010) Both these trees will have a smaller compact canopy, in turn reducing the pressure towards the lower stems and rooting area, and limit the risk of potential whole tree/ stem failure, with third party buildings, communal area and car park all within striking distance of both trees.
